Food:

Fresh real food menu- no freeze dried rations.

The first three days of the journey, we will have fresh food such as steak, bacon, sausage, eggs, and hamburger and (of course) fish everyday.
fish-bwcaFish will be prepared a variety of creative ways for lunch with camp fries. For dinner, we will have pizza, quesadillas, and summer sausage burritos. We won’t forget the mac & cheese!  Be ready for bagel sandwiches and berry pancakes for breakfast.  I also will provide everybody with their own bag of GORP which contains chocolates, nuts, dried fruits and various candies.  This is a good source of energy on travel days and for those days you don’t want to leave your productive fishing hole. We will arrange a special menu for those with special needs. (We must be notified in advance of any special needs.)

We must go beyond textbooks, go out into the bypaths and untrodden depths of the wilderness and travel and explore and tell the world the glories of our journey.
